LONDON, UK – December 9th, 2022 – MYCOM OSI, a leader in Network Assurance and Experience Assurance for Communications Service Providers (CSPs), today announced that its Assurance Solutions at stc, using Hyperautomation as an early blueprint to deliver immersive customer experiences for global mega events, has resulted in MYCOM OSI and stc winning the Telecom Review Most Innovative Middle Eastern Product/Service Award 2022.
For Hajj 2022, stc, Saudi Arabia’s leading mobile and fixed line service provider, and MYCOM OSI, a leading-edge service assurance vendor, partnered to deliver high-quality network coverage, capacity and service using AIOps-driven Hyperautomation during the high traffic intensity and hyper mobility event. The Hajj 2022 mega event involved high mobile data traffic (4G/5G) and hyper mobility, and a high number of international roamers.
The results in automation and high customer experience during the Hajj period were achieved through MYCOM OSI’s award-winning service assurance system EAA and the industry-recognised Telco Transformation Solutions. MYCOM OSI supported stc by planning for constant large changes in traffic as well as monitoring the flow of traffic, acting swiftly (by using near-real-time dashboards leading to root cause analysis) to ensure seamless customer experience.
In recognition of the achievements of the partnership, a panel of independent judges selected stc and MYCOM OSI as joint winners of the ‘Most Innovative Middle Eastern Product/Service’ award at the Telecom Review Leaders’ Summit 2022.
