AInsights
AInsights application, operated on-prem or on public cloud (AWS), enables Communication Service Providers (CSPs) to predict network performance and enables CSPs to move from reactive to predictive operations. It offers seamless movement of normalized network and service data to CSP Data Lakes, where it can be stored, processed, and analyzed by external applications.
AInsights Data Fabric layer is a building block of data-driven decision-making to drive multiple telco and enterprise use cases. It extends the benefits of the EAA platform to CSPs through enhanced open, flexible insights to support their growth plans.
The Insights Factory layer offers the benefits of predictive AI-based insights for the wider OSS ecosystem of a CSP, and effortlessly integrates pre-packaged AI pipelines. CSPs can benefit from AI-based use cases, such as anomaly detection, KPI forecasting, alarm pattern discovery, and remediation for their OSS ecosystem. Insights Factory simplifies the traditional AI process by automating each step in the pipeline and delivering results in days versus months.
AInsights’ predefined insights are modelled for resolving specific network and service problems, via its Predictive Monitoring Unit (PMU) which allows dynamic, need-based activation, creation and tear-off, and increases the efficiency and accuracy of network assurance. The PMU feeds the EAA applications to perform predictive modelling, pattern discovery and anomaly detection. This offers CSPs the flexibility to aggregate and disaggregate forecasting and anomaly detection at different network and geographical levels.
