MYCOM OSI is participating in this year’s AfricaCom event, and will be delivering a Masterclass presentation on November 11 at 12.30pm. The presentation is a Case Study entitled ‘How Tier-1 Communications Service Providers use network performance management to enhance Quality of Service, reduce customer churn and deliver cost-optimized service-centric network operations’.
This Case Study focuses on a leading mobile CSP who wanted to transform its operations and offer differentiated services based on network quality. The CSP needed a robust and scalable performance management solution to deal with the complexity of its multi-technology, multi-vendor and multi-domain network. The presentation will describe the technical reasons why the CSP selected the MYCOM OSI NIMS-PrOptima™ solution, and will also highlight the benefits achieved with regard to service and network quality, customer complaints and operational efficiency after deploying this solution.
