In response to the surge in consumer and enterprise demand for OTT, VR, AR, and hi-definition streaming services, Communications Service Providers (CSPs) are rapidly expanding their Fixed Broadband offerings. However, maintaining high performance and 100% uptime for both the underlying fiber network and broadband service is critical. This survey aimed to identify the challenges faced by CSPs in achieving this goal and understand their priorities for preventing service disruptions, customer churn, and negative public perception. The survey by MYCOM OSI and Analysys Mason covered 50 Tier-1 CSPs from across the globe.
