LONDON, UK – Mar 5th, 2024 – MYCOM OSI, a leading independent provider of Network Assurance and Service Experience Assurance solutions to some of the world’s largest communications service providers (CSPs), successfully participated in Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. Described as the largest and most influential event for the connectivity ecosystem, MWC 2024 was visited by over 101,000 attendees from over 205 Countries and territories. With over 2700 exhibitors, sponsors and partners at the event, MYCOM OSI returned to its Stand 2D21 in Hall 2 of the event.
MYCOM OSI announced on the first day of MWC 2024, the concept of EAA GenAie, a generative AI powered assistant concept to revolutionize telco operations, using natural language dialogue. Alongside this, a team of engineers at the stand discussed and showcased MYCOM OSI’s latest AI application- AInsights for predictive analytics, along with Automation Solutions for NOC/SOC; Service Experience Assurance for enterprises; 5G Standalone/Slicing and Open RAN Assurance; and Telco and IT cloud energy optimization.
The visits to MYCOM OSI’s Stand 2D21 in Hall 2 saw several global CSPs and long term customers, such as Globe Telecom, Maroc Telecom, Reliance Jio, Singtel, stc, Telenor, and Vodafone Idea, engaging in welcome and friendly discussion, sharing valuable insights, resulting in further clarity on the latest industry trends, and a vision for the near future.
