MYCOM OSI has added new solutions for the assurance of Fixed Broadband (FTTx) networks. These include automation of detection, correlation, pre-checking, and ticketing, for feeder fiber related issues observed in fixed access networks. MYCOM OSI has added new 5G assurance solutions for multiple industry verticals (Industry 4.0, e-health, transport, connected automotive etc.). To maintain higher QoS and SLA management, MYCOM OSI delivers 5G SA/Slicing network assurance solutions that provide automatic performance monitoring and SLA management for different slices (uRLLC, eMBB and mMTC) supporting enterprise service requirements. The solutions offer faster identification of network slice related issues for higher QoS and proactive advanced RCAs along with auto work-order capabilities:
- PDU Session dashboards provide details of the user data session establishment in the core network for each network slice.

Energy Observability and Optimization Solution

EAA GenAie application concept
MYCOM OSI’s EAA GenAie allows CSP NOC users to interact with the network using natural language queries. Combining big data textual and tabular network data from EAA applications as well as industry standard applications, GenAie assists the NOC user in understanding how to troubleshoot network problems and/or its impact on nearby resources or services. GenAie democratizes network data by extending it to executive and business users through the EAA dashboarding web application.
EAA Cloud Service enhancements
MYCOM OSI’s EAA Cloud Service has added new features to enhance platform performance:
