What we do
We offer award-winning Network Assurance and Service Experience Assurance solutions that enable Communications Service Providers (CSPs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and enterprises to launch and manage mobile, fixed and enterprise services with high performance, at scale. Our telco transformation solutions are based on 25+ years of experience and expertise gained at the world’s largest, most diverse and most complex networks.
Our highly innovative product portfolio offers Performance and Fault Management, Service Quality Management, Automation and AI-based Analytics. We are the first Service Assurance vendor to have offered all our applications on the public cloud as a subscription-based SaaS to introduce agility and automation for the CSP operations.
Our vision is to help build autonomic networks underpinning the digitization of industries and our long term mission is to build the BRAIN (Business Reinforcement using Artificial Intelligence for Networks) for public and private mobile networks through collaborative work across the industry.

Andrew Coll
Andrew Coll joined MYCOM OSI in November 2019 and has more than 15 years of experience in a number of large scale, private equity backed software technology businesses as part of a core team driving value to customers and shareholders.
Andrew brings deep software experience including the transitioning of on-premise technology businesses to SaaS and subscription models. His focus has always been on building deep relationships with key stakeholders including customers, investors and employees.
His recent roles have included CFO at Calypso Technology, a cloud-enabled provider of solutions and managed services for financial markets, and Northgate Public Services, a provider of a range of software technology to the public sector. His most recent role has been for 5 years as CEO at MYCOM OSI. Andrew is a PWC trained chartered accountant and holds a degree in management sciences from Warwick University.

Charles Bligh
Charles Bligh joined MYCOM OSI in October 2024 and has more than 33 years of experience with a focus on technology and telecoms business.
Charles has worked across IBM’s IT Services, Software and Technology divisions as a senior executive for over 20 years in Asia Pacific and Europe. As a main Board Director and COO at TalkTalk (UK), he was responsible for the consumer and B2B/wholesale businesses and IT/Network operations, which included investment in Fixed Broadband (FTTP).
He is highly experienced in listed and private equity businesses and his most recent role was as CEO for a UK listed business services company.
Charles holds an Honours degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Melbourne and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.

Mounir Ladki
Mounir Ladki is co-founder, President and CTO of MYCOM OSI, and has shaped it from an innovative start-up into one of the leading global organizations in telco software. An entrepreneur and industry visionary with expertise in telecoms, cloud, digital and software, he actively participates in shaping the future of digital networks and operations in the era of 5G and AI.
Mounir has been recognized twice by ‘Global Telecoms Business’ as one of the leading 40 under 40 executives in the telecoms industry worldwide and named by telecom news portal TMT News ‘2016 CTO of the year’ in the UK. Prior to this, Mounir worked for many years at EADS, then Nortel, where he set up and managed the advanced engineering services group and played a key role in the definition and market delivery of Nortel’s advanced mobile solutions. Mounir is a regular speaker at industry conferences and throughout his career has worked with and consulted more than 50 global CSPs.
He gained a master’s degree in telecom engineering with distinction from Supélec, a business degree from Sorbonne University and executive education at INSEAD.

Alexandra Marriott
Alexandra Marriott has worked in multiple sectors, staring in the motor, retail-leisure sectors, international IT and professional services.
In 2010, she set up her own HR consultancy to bring her own business ideas to life developing transformation solution for small-medium enterprises.
In 2016, she merged her business with Fortus, bringing her team and client portfolio into the business. She worked as a consultant with Fortus as well as working in private equity-backed businesses leading a transformation team, majoring on people and performance strategy.
As a seasoned executor in inspiring others to better themselves, Alexandra is an advocate of disruption of thought and influencing thinking to ensure the best, smartest people decisions are made.

John Turnbull
John Turnbull is Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at MYCOM OSI, responsible for driving value to our customers through global sales, alliances, and partnerships.
Prior to joining MYCOM OSI, John held senior global sales leadership roles in both Fortune 100 companies and early-stage ventures, including a successful 17-year career at Cisco Systems, where he oversaw significant growth in services and software sales to global CSPs across EMEA.
With 25 years of experience in telecoms, John possesses a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that CSPs face in today’s rapidly evolving market. His expertise spans revenue operations, go-to-market strategy, and digital transformation, with a proven track record of helping CSPs optimize network performance, adopt new technologies, and unlock new revenue streams. John’s customer-first approach, combined with his passion for innovation, ensures that MYCOM OSI is well-positioned to deliver exceptional value to its partners and clients.
John holds a degree in Computer Science and, prior to his career in IT and Telecoms, served as an officer in the British Army.

Sandeep Raina
Sandeep Raina has 30 years of experience in mobile telecoms, having worked with leading Communications Service Providers and Service Assurance vendors.
He has served as a senior product and marketing leader in the telecom industry: 13 years at HP, Swisscom, Essar India and Telsim Turkey, and 17 years with OSS vendors to develop and evangelize Service Assurance solutions for mobile, fixed and enterprise SD-WAN networks.
Sandeep has developed product strategy and marketing for multi-million-dollar global businesses of UK, US and France based Service Assurance vendors (Aircom, Tektronix Communications/Danaher and Infovista)
Sandeep is a prolific speaker, writer and thought leader whose perspectives on 5G, SD-WAN and IoT assurance have been published by industry bodies, telecom journals and conferences.

Bruno Delvecchio
Bruno Delvecchio is Executive VP of Delivery for MYCOM OSI business globally.
After spending 20 years in the French Navy, 10 years with a Global equipment manufacturer, Bruno joined MYCOM OSI in October 2008.
In his previous roles he has held various functions of the delivery chain to numerous customers, in project, program and resource management.
In his current role he has been instrumental in driving the successful delivery of our software products. His military years have helped developing a range of skills that have proven valuable in his current role, taught him the importance of leadership, teamwork, and attention to detail – qualities that continue to inform his approach to his work today.
Bruno holds a radiotelecommunication and signal master’s degree.
