In the fast-moving telecoms world, network quality is now more than ever a key differentiator for Communications Service Providers (CSPs), as it is considered to have an impact on customer retention1. In addition to that, MYCOM OSI’s President and Chief Technology Officer Mounir Ladki will join the discussion about ‘Keeping complexity at bay: Vigilance and enforcement for continued agility’ during the Digital Operations Summit. This year, the Summit will explore the changing roles and skills needed to embed agility, focusing on the new expectations of operations and IT: providing the platform for innovation and growth.
