Explore the MYCOM OSI solutions at TM Forum Live! 2015

In the fast-moving telecoms world, network quality is now more than ever a key differentiator for Communications Service Providers (CSPs), as it is considered to have an impact on customer retention1. Yet 50% of subscribers may churn this year2. MYCOM OSI will be at TM Forum Live! in Nice, from 1st to 4th June, to address this and many more challenges that CSPs face. Drawing from its experience working with Tier 1 CSPs, the MYCOM OSI executive team will discuss how its Service Assurance platform optimizes the network and service quality whilst reducing operational and capital expenditure and customer churn.

At the event, companies from around the globe will join forces to present and develop solutions that create business value and transform the subscriber experience. MYCOM OSI will participate in a TM Forum Catalyst proof of concept demonstration entitled ‘Closing the Loop: Data-driven network performance optimization for NFV and SON’. Its team of experts will demonstrate its QoS-driven NFV orchestration concept during the Catalyst project, which brings together companies to come up with solutions for converged networks optimisation.

In addition to that, MYCOM OSI’s President and Chief Technology Officer Mounir Ladki will join the discussion about ‘Keeping complexity at bay: Vigilance and enforcement for continued agility’ during the Digital Operations Summit. This year, the Summit will explore the changing roles and skills needed to embed agility, focusing on the new expectations of operations and IT: providing the platform for innovation and growth.

MYCOM OSI’s packed program of activities also includes announcing a new customer, launching new products, discussing customer case studies and showcasing its solutions.

Don’t miss the Catalyst demos as MYCOM OSI showcases innovative approaches and solutions in a collaborative environment. For more details on the MYCOM OSI participation in TM Forum Live! and to request a meeting, please click here.
